Host relations manager
- Responsibilities
- Find new hosts and help them list their cars; advise on photos, descriptions and pricing; own moderation quality; bring host feedback to the product team.
- Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in sales or customer-facing work; fluent Kazakh and Russian; knowledge of Almaty and the car market; a driver’s license.
- Format
- Full-time, Almaty, lots of travel around the city.
Support specialist (kk/ru)
- Responsibilities
- Answer renters and hosts by chat and phone; resolve issues during trips (late returns, damage, deposits); review disputes based on photo evidence and prepare decisions; collect frequent questions and expand the help center.
- Requirements
- Clear written and spoken Kazakh and Russian; 1+ year of experience in support or a contact center; composure and precision; readiness to work shifts (support runs 24/7).
- Format
- Shift schedule, Almaty or remote.
Marketer
- Responsibilities
- Build two separate funnels, for renters and for hosts; plan content (blog, social media, website copy); partnerships (hotels, the airport, wedding agencies); measure results: cost per lead, conversion to booking.
- Requirements
- 3+ years of marketing experience, ideally at a marketplace or in services; experience with Kazakh- and Russian-speaking audiences; knowledge of analytics tools; ability to plan a budget and report on it independently.
- Format
- Full-time, hybrid.
React Native developer
- Responsibilities
- Develop the Expo-based mobile app: booking, check-in/check-out, chat, host dashboard; ship new features together with the API team; stability, performance and automated tests; App Store and Google Play releases.
- Requirements
- 2+ years with React Native and TypeScript, Expo experience a plus; REST API integration, push notifications, camera and geolocation; used to code reviews and tests; communication in Kazakh or Russian.
- Format
- Full-time, remote possible.
Operations manager
- Responsibilities
- Monitor the trip flow: request → confirmation → check-in → check-out → settlement; run the process for disputes, fines and deposit deductions; liaise with insurance, payment and KYC partners; document processes and propose automation.
- Requirements
- 3+ years in operations, logistics or services; comfortable with spreadsheets and numbers; responsibility and discipline; Kazakh and Russian.
- Format
- Full-time, Almaty.
