For rental companies

Who it’s for

Car rental companies and individual entrepreneurs in Almaty, Astana, Aktau, Oskemen (Ust-Kamenogorsk) and Shymkent with fleets of 5 to 50 cars or more.

You list your cars alongside private hosts’ listings, and renters find them in the same search on the website and in the app. Payment, the deposit, document checks and the photo report are handled by Joldar.

Partner tiers

Your share is the part of the trip price that goes to you. The renter pays the 10% service fee separately; it is not deducted from your share. Fuel, fine and cleaning reimbursements go 100% to you.

Tier conditions

• Your tier is determined by the number of active cars: cars open for booking at least 15 days a month.
• The volume bonus applies when the quality conditions are met: a cancellation rate of no more than 3%, an average rating of at least 4.7, and no confirmed unfounded invoices in the month.
• Price parity: the daily price on Joldar is not higher than the price on the company’s own website or at its office.
• The first 20 partners get an extra +2 percentage points on their share for 90 days after joining (the maximum share cap still applies).
• Joldar protection plans are not sold on partner cars: the renter is shown the partner’s KASKO (comprehensive insurance) deductible instead.

Requirements

• Registration as an LLP or IE, a BIN/IIN and a bank account.
• A valid OGPO VTS policy (compulsory motor third-party liability insurance) for each car and, on a partner tier, KASKO or a commitment to cover damage at your own expense.
• Cars no more than 12 years old, roadworthy, with at least 8 real photos.
• Reply to requests within 60 minutes and complete the photo report at check-in and check-out.

How to join

• 1. Apply: company name, BIN/IIN, city and number of cars. Contact: partners@joldar.com or +7 778 976 8924.
• 2. A manager agrees the contract and tier with you and adds partner status to your dashboard.
• 3. Add your fleet: through the host dashboard in the app, or with a CSV file (on the Fleet tier).
• 4. After moderation your cars appear in search with a partner badge.

Frequently asked questions

How is this different from the 70/80/90 plans for private hosts?

For private hosts, a higher share comes with higher damage liability. Partners cover damage through their own KASKO, so the share is higher from the start and grows as the fleet grows.

How is the bonus calculated?

We count the booked days across your whole fleet in the previous calendar month. If you pass the threshold, your share on the next month’s trips goes up automatically.

Can I also rent out my cars outside Joldar?

Yes. Just block the days that aren’t available in the calendar so there are no double bookings.

When do I get paid?

Your earnings appear in your dashboard after each trip. Partners are paid weekly; the exact schedule will be set once the payment partner is connected.
