Joldar is built by a small team in Almaty. Each of us owns one area end to end.
Who we are
Joldar is a startup launched in Almaty in October 2026. The team is small, so each person runs one area from start to finish: product, technology, work with hosts, support.
Joldar is run by four people, each fully responsible for their own area.
Founders and roles
- Meirzhan Auelkhanuly
- Founder, product. Decides what Joldar does and doesn’t do: user flows, pricing rules, priorities.
- Fatima Uyzbek
- Technology. API, mobile app, website and admin panel: one database, one team.
- Aibala Nurlan
- Operations and host relations. Helps hosts from listing a car to their first trip; responsible for moderation and quality.
- Yerzhigit Akylbai
- Support. Questions during trips, disputes, deposits and fines. In Kazakh and Russian.
Our credo
- Every feature starts with a real problem on a real trip, not with a slide deck.
- Whoever builds it doesn’t test it: a second person checks the product.
- Support means people. The chatbot only points the way; a person makes the decision.
- We don’t make up numbers. If the fleet has 12 cars, we say 12.
How we work
Every week we talk to hosts and renters, log the cause of every dispute in a spreadsheet and change the product so it doesn’t happen again. Decisions are written down: what was done, why, and which questions remain open.
We don’t hide questions still waiting for an answer from our lawyer, insurer or payment partner: they are marked in the code with a temporary solution and replaced once the answer arrives.
