What is a cookie
A cookie is a small text file that a website stores in your browser. It lets the website recognize you on your next visit, for example to remember the language you chose.
Joldar does not use cookies to build advertising profiles and does not sell them to third parties.
Which cookies we use
- joldar_lang — language
- Required. Stores the language you chose (Kazakh, Russian, English or Chinese). Kept for 1 year.
- joldar_at, joldar_rt, joldar_user, joldar_rf — session
- Required. Recognize you after you sign in and keep your account secure. joldar_at lasts 15 minutes, joldar_rt and joldar_user 60 days, joldar_rf a few seconds. Deleted at once when you log out.
- joldar_did — device
- Required. A random browser identifier set when you sign in, used to protect your account and to spot many accounts opened from one device. Kept for 400 days.
- Analytics and advertising
- Joldar does not use analytics or advertising cookies. Site visits are counted without cookies and without storing IP addresses.
How to manage cookies
- In your browser settings you can view, delete or block all cookies.
- If you block required cookies, your language choice won’t be saved and signing in may not work.
- The mobile app uses the device’s internal storage rather than cookies; you can clear it in the app settings or by uninstalling the app.
